The Co-Directors of Guest Services work collaboratively with both the leadership and Guest Services team to direct members to the right package of services. The Co-Directors work together to increase usage and satisfaction of current clients, recruit new clients, and build relationships in our community, while meeting business budget and revenue goals.
This Co-Director will lead the Guest Service team in daily operations, including, but not limited to, managing new customer leads, organizing introductory communications, and coaching team members to achieve sales goals. This person will also manage monthly and weekly execution of social media and email marketing campaigns, build and maintain customer relationships, and assist in supporting the Director of the Professional Education department. Sales and customer service skills are essential for success in this position.
Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, and will be determined based on several factors, including education and experience. Are you interested in taking your personal training/group exercise expertise to the next level by joining one of the best teams around? We are seeking a group fitness instructor and personal trainer who has great energy, expertise in fitness, and a fun attitude. We are a privately-owned club with a focus on small group and private training with 35 years of experience training fitness and Pilates trainers with state accredited and internationally recognized programs. Our team of highly educated staff are inventive, supportive and eager to teach.
As one of our fitness trainers, you will divide your time between private and small group training sessions and leading fitness classes such as TRX, Spin, BARRE, and Kettlebell. You will work with clients to achieve their fitness goals by making a custom-built plan for each client, in an intimate atmosphere. This position would ideally include early evening hours, with room for a flexible schedule.
