As part of a the five-member leadership/management team, the Guest Services Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of all areas of the Guest Services team including staff management, client services and retail sales. Working closely with managers of each department, the Guest Services Manager role requires a high level of organization, communication and commitment to customer focused sales. Possibility to be a full time position with some evening and weekend hours required.
Manage guest services operations, including oversight of retail sales
Oversee all customer service including assisting with check-in, check-out, responding to client requests, questions, and complaints
Manage and grow client database through MindBody software and current email platform
Monitor staff scheduling and concerns
Provide support and input for marketing and communications
Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed
Work with management team to achieve sales goals and budget
Passion for customer-focused sales with a positive attitude
Confident using a variety of software and technology systems
Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels internally and with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, small business environment
Leadership and supervisory experience with strong problem solving skills
Strong sales background with ability to sell memberships and personal training at point of sale using empathy and personal connection

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, marketing, health and wellness management, hospitality or related field
1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing or copywriting

Experience with MINDBODY business management software

Are you interested in taking your personal training/group exercise expertise to the next level by joining one of the best teams around? We are seeking a group fitness instructor and personal trainer who has great energy, expertise in fitness, and a fun attitude. We are a privately-owned club with a focus on small group and private training with 35 years of experience training fitness and Pilates trainers with state accredited and internationally recognized programs. Our team of highly educated staff are inventive, supportive and eager to teach.
As one of our fitness trainers, you will divide your time between private and small group training sessions and leading fitness classes such as TRX, Spin, BARRE, and Kettlebell. You will work with clients to achieve their fitness goals by making a custom-built plan for each client, in an intimate atmosphere. This position would ideally include early evening hours, with room for a flexible schedule.
Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, and will be determined based on several factors, including education, experience, and certifications.
