Stretch and roll tired, sore muscles on a supportive foam roller to be renewed and refreshed. Slow, precise moves and guided breathing produce relaxation and greater range of motion. The focus of this session is Fascial Release.
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. Stretching this connective tissue allows for lengthening and balancing the fascia, leading to tension release, pain reduction and loosening of stiff joints. This session will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to take on anything life throws at you. All levels welcome.
