Dill and Caper Salmon Burger

Dill and Caper Salmon Burgers



  1. Place salmon in food processor with mustard. Pulse until it becomes smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse. Avoid over processing. The mixture should easily roll in your hands and not be too smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Heat cast iron skillet (or other non-stick) with avocado oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the burgers for 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with fresh lemon.

This pairs nicely with roasted asparagus and red onion.
