Like you, the SweatShop is multidimensional. We are far from a one-size-fits-all club. We are a little more complex, and we are a community as much as a club.
Together we will create a path to success and better health. We recommend starting with at least two of the following options so we are better able to understand your skills, needs and goals. This also gives you a chance to really understand what our community is about.
