STOTT PILATES Focus & Conditioning for Golf on the V2 Max Plus Reformer, Friday October 27th, 4:30-6:30pm; $110
Getting ready for the golf season just got easier with this new focus and conditioning program on the V2 Max Plus™ Reformer developed by the programming specialists at Merrithew™. Beginning with standing warmup drills, we examine the breath and how it can be optimized to effectively bring mental focus to the game. Next, we analyze the biomechanics of an excellent golf swing by bringing awareness to the neuromuscular, skeletal and fascial systems to develop the proper patterning for efficiency and power. Exercises used by the world’s leading golf professionals are adapted to the multi-functional Reformer, which provides support and added resistance while challenging balance. Learn how to use this innovative material to increase mobility with stability of the hips and shoulder girdle, while stabilizing the knees and ankles in order to implement the necessary torso rotation for an efficient swing.
STOTT PILATES Rotational Disks on the Mat, Saturday December 2nd, 11am-1pm; $110
The Rotational Disks add variety and challenge to Matwork at any level. Used alone or in pairs, they are perfect for testing balance and stability. In this workshop, developed by the Merrithew™ team, exercises are performed supine, prone, standing, and kneeling as well as on hands and knees, isolating movement to upper or lower torso. The highly moveable disks create instability, challenging unilateral and bilateral stabilization to resist undesirable movements. They can also be used to allow greater ranges of rotation or lateral flexion through the spine.
STOTT PILATES Interval Training on the Jumpboard or Cardio Tramp Level 1, Saturday December 2nd, 1:30-3:30pm; $110
Learn to challenge and motivate clients and classes using either the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder with the Reformer in this workshop developed by the Merrithew™ team. Innovative and simple jumping combinations are combined with upper and lower body strength and flexibility exercises. This unique cardio / strength interval workout on the solid accessory board or resilient vertical trampoline, challenges the core and total body strength while elevating the heart rate, all while focusing on proper jumping technique. This energetic format keeps clients and classes on the move.

Give your clients and classes something to jump about with this pumped up workout on the Reformer. Building on the intensity of Level 1, this workshop continues to challenge coordination and cardiovascular fitness with more complex jumping intervals using either the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder. Learn to ensure safety and proper technique while Incorporating strengthening exercises for upper and lower body as well as the all-important core. Designed for Intermediate to Advanced-level clients or groups, this intense workout, developed by the Merrithew™ team, delivers all-over fitness while easily motivating and maintaining interest.
