If you have mastered the essential levels, here’s a greater challenge using props, including rollers, balls, bands and barrels. Mat Challenge is also an advanced format. 55-minute classes are offered weekly.

STOTT PILATES® offers hundreds of exercise variations, is non-impact (safe for the joints), permits modifications for those with injuries, allows for conditioning, and is suitable for everyone from those in physical rehabilitation to professional athletes.
