Recognizing your need for efficient and effective workouts, Sweatshop staff created POWER group training using the popular Short Burst Training method in 25-minute workouts to make high-level fitness reachable. POWER GT workouts are the base for POWER GT membership or as group training package.

Cardio Tramp is a 25-minute cardio and strength training workout on reformers using vertical mini trampolines, making high-level fitness reachable with short burst cardio work.

Kettlebell workouts increase strength, endurance, agility, and balance. They challenge the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements using cannonball-like weights. Sweatshop staff brings a level of smarts and safety to Kettlebell so everyone can use them.
All levels are welcome. However, we encourage you to take an Introduction to Kettlebell on Open House weekends or call to set up a 15-minute introduction.
Spinning, also known as stationary cycling, can provide one of the best aerobic workouts and increase cardio endurance through regular workouts. Our Live Strong bikes accommodate all body types and the onboard computers measure distance, speed, time, heart rate, and RPM/s, allowing for workouts focused on cardio endurance and strength. The Sweatshop Spin Team has trained together and follows a targeted weekly and monthly plan. With six different formats, varying resistance levels and intensities, spinning addresses the cardiovascular, endurance, strength, and power benefits essential to a workout. Fitness and cycling shoes with SPD clips may be used. Polar heart rate monitors are encouraged. All levels welcome.
