Classes are offered for those early power people that get it done, for the midday crowd that needs a recharge, to the Whew! hard day at the office gang. Classes are intended for all levels and are designed for “drop-ins” as well as regulars.
There are several fitness paths at Sweatshop. TRX (suspension strength training); POWER CORE (the original HIIT training); Cardio Tramp (cardio and strength training on reformers using vertical mini trampolines); and much more.
