How it works:

The Sweatshop’s signature Drop 12 program is group training focused on increasing workout intensity, efficiency and frequency coupled with an eating plan that is doable wuthut a lot of fuss. No need to hire a chef (though wouldn’t that be nice?!) to make these simple, healthy changes in your diet. Drop the carbs, limit the sugars, increase your veggies and make sure are getting enough protein – this is the outline to enable you to lose weight – up to 12 pounds in 4-6 weeks.

Our Fitness Director, Anthony Munkholm – who not only loves to coach folks in improving their diets but is REALLY good at it – will help you set goals, support you in moving in the right direction and has simple ways to make these changes easy and doable. The group meeting makes it easier to achieve your goals and a whole new sense of well being.
